Orders & Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

For pre-order items, products will be dispatched according to the timeline stated on the product page. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We ship internationally, but all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout are the customer’s responsibility. If an order is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, reshipment costs will be charged at the current rate.
