SHIPPING
& RETURNS

  • As each item is made by hand, we aim to process all orders within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.

    For pre-order items, dispatch will follow the date stated on the product page. All pre-orders must be paid for in full at the time of order. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund prior to the item being dispatched.

    • Courier shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

    • We offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that all import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.

    • If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the package is lost or returned to sender, Low Draw Projects is not responsible for replacement. If the order needs to be re-shipped, shipping fees will be charged again at the current rate.

  • Changes to orders may be possible until fulfillment begins. Once an order is confirmed, changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and processing status.

  • We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount, minus shipping costs.

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

    If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
